Due to the smaller display size (compared to the desktop monitor), product images on mobile devices are displayed at a much smaller size, so that important information is visually lost. To prevent this, it makes sense to use mobile-focused product images: The solution are MOBILE READY HERO IMAGES (MRHI), which are designed and optimised directly for smartphones and mobile devices.

"MRHIS HELP TO UNDERSTAND RELEVANT INFORMATION SUCH AS BRAND, PRODUCT TYPE, SIZE AND VARIANT FASTER AND MORE INTUITIVELY."

 


Based on the brand's current POS packaging, yellow design developed an MRHI concept for consumer products together with BRITA.

By reducing to the crucial information of the original packaging and the correct dimensioning of individual graphic elements, the essential product information was emphasised.


The special requirements and specifications of Amazon were also taken into account to ensure that the BRITA MRHIs would work, especially in the most important online shop.

The resulting clear, brand-appropriate layout, which focused on the essential aspects, was then rolled out to over 50 product sets, which are now being used successfully in online retail.
