After receiving the IF AWARD and the ICONIC AWARDS – BEST OF BEST, the shower enclosure SW Series designed by yellow design in collaboration with BLUE SANITARY WARE has now also been awarded with the RED DOT.
Sophisticated, progressive, sustained. With the SW Series, Blue Sanitary unites its core competences of engineering and design in order to make innovation tangible. A »Quick Installation« profile-frame with integrated »Soft- Close Mechanism«, purposely made visible by two rollers, stands for the patented, technical sophistication. The touchpoints doorhandle and towelrack are formally identical components, which fulfil their functions through different adapters.
JURY STATEMENT ICONIC AWARDS
The striking profile frame clearly defines the boundaries of the shower cabin and creates a wonderfully graphic overall impression. The fact that the mechanics of the sliding door with its wheels is visible demonstrates that the design was completely thought through to the end. An elegant and timeless design that convinces both formally and functionally and is perfectly rounded out with a clever handle system.
