The International Brand and Customer Institutes in Guangzhou, Peking, New Delhi, Seoul and Moscow present country-specific derivations of the Brand and Customer Institute in Munich. The local BMW Group employees are trained on site with the help of interactive exhibits and workshops regarding a global and holistic understanding of brands and customers.
