MUBEA U-MOBILITY BRAND DEVELOPMENT
In cooperation with the automotive supplier Mubea yellow design developed the new sub-brand Mubea U-Mobility in a strategic branding process.
As an innovative lightweight specialist Mubea contributes significantly to sustainability in the automotive industry and created a new brand for emission-free vehicles in the micro-mobility segment: Mubea U-Mobility.
The Mubea U-Mobility brand image holistically created by yellow design combines the expertise of the Mubea umbrella brand with the innovative power of new solutions for urban micro-mobility.
In addition to BRAND POSITIONING and architecture, target group definition, conception of BRAND VALUES, BRAND AND PRODUCT NAMING as well as a consistent BRAND STORY, an independent CORPORATE DESIGN was developed for Mubea U-Mobility and implemented in the first media.
BRAND
»Unique«, »Urban«, »U« – The brand name »Mubea U-Mobility« is a clear reference to the product segment of urban micro-mobility and at the same time it features the Mubea umbrella brand as a competency provider.
VISUALS
The topics of urbanity, mobility and sustainability are represented by emotional brand visuals that draw a positive vision of the future of urban mobility and increased quality of life.
KEY ELEMENT
The visual extension of the images by a color-coded layer supports the dynamics of urban micro-mobility and functions as a recognizable key visual element of the Mubea U-Mobility brand.

As part of the brand development process yellow design created inspiring product stories for the brand new micro-mobility products CARGO and XBOARD and designed and implemented corresponding communication media.
PRODUCT STAGING
With a focus on the different use cases, XBOARD and CARGO are presented as perfect everyday companions with the highest demands on functionality and quality.
CLAIMS
The claims »Unfold your eMotion« and »Boost your eDelivery« focus on the main features of the products as well as on the emotional meta-level of the topic of urban micro-mobility and also address the individualism and personal needs of the users.
